Often the most difficult promises to keep are the promises we make to ourselves. Maybe there’s a big project that we’ve been dreaming about that you know would make a big difference in your life your business. Maybe it’s sticking to your diet plan or maybe calling back that client that you’ve been working on but maybe you think they’re not interested.
By not keeping our promises to ourselves, there’s not an obvious cost, but there’s a hidden cost: self-confidence, productivity, happiness – even your health can be affected.
My advice to you is to make a list make a list of those items. What have you been promising yourself, but you haven’t gotten to it yet. At the beginning of each month take on one of those promises really take it on and make it happen.
Get off the treadmill and go somewhere!
